Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)
Our Mixed Martial Arts program at Formless Shapeless Mixed Martial Arts & Fitness is designed to develop complete martial artists through the integration of striking, grappling, and conditioning. Students train in boxing, kickboxing, takedowns, control, and submissions while building strength, endurance, and mental toughness. Whether you’re a beginner looking to gain confidence and get in shape or an experienced athlete sharpening your skills, our structured classes provide technical instruction, live drills, and practical application in a supportive and challenging environment. We focus not only on physical performance, but also on discipline, resilience, and the mindset needed to grow both on the mat and in everyday life.

About the program
Our MMA program is designed for committed students who are ready to bring their training together into one complete system. Because mixed martial arts requires proficiency in both striking and grappling, athletes must be actively enrolled in our Elite or Ultimate program, where striking and grappling are taught consistently, in order to participate in MMA training. This ensures every student has the proper foundation, technical understanding, and safety awareness before integrating the two disciplines. In our MMA classes, we focus on blending stand-up, takedowns, cage work, control, and submissions into realistic, high-level training that challenges both the body and the mind. This program is ideal for teens and adults who are serious about growth, competition, or simply pushing themselves to the next level in a structured, disciplined, and team-oriented environment.
